About Us

FLOAT-TEK was established in 2019 and is located in Jintan District, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, with a manufacturing facility covering approximately 15,000 square meters.

Founded as a joint venture between Jiangsu Longhe Lightweight Materials Co., Ltd., a company with honeycomb panel welding technology, and Taiwan Shangyuan International Co., Ltd., with nearly 30 years of experience in floating roof design, FLOAT-TEK combines advanced welding technology and floating roof expertise to develop fully welded all-metal honeycomb floating roofs and floating covers for wastewater treatment tanks.

The company specializes in VOC emission control solutions for storage tanks, wastewater tanks, and waste oil tanks, providing products including internal floating roofs, external floating roof sealing systems, aluminum dome roofs, floating covers, and related accessories.

With more than 90 domestic and international patented technologies, FLOAT-TEK is committed to continuous innovation, strict quality control, and providing customers with reliable and cost-effective solutions.

The company’s project was selected as a key district-level project in West Taihu Lake Area.

2022

Recognized as a Provincial Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise.

2020

FLOAT-TEK’s products were widely promoted and applied by PetroChina and Sinopec, providing optimized solutions for VOC emission control in storage tanks.

2019

The company was officially established in March 2019, with a registered capital of RMB 54.4 million. Registered in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, the company operates under a Sino-Taiwan joint venture model.

2023

Recognized as a Provincial Specialized and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise and certified as a District/County-level Engineering Technology Research Center.

2024

Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and awarded the Three-Star Cloud Enterprise Certification.

2025

Recognized as a National Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise and participated in drafting the group standard “Safety Technical Requirements for VOC Emission Control of Atmospheric Storage Tanks in Refining and Chemical Enterprises.”

Accumulated more than 90 patents, including multiple granted invention patents, and achieved more than 100 successful project bids.
